The Management of Your Property

Our aim is to maintain and improve the capital value of your property and to secure an appropriate level of income. As your Managing Agent, we work with your best interests in mind at all times.

We manage a comprehensive portfolio of properties, ranging from one bedroom units to executive homes.

Your property is a very valuable asset in your investment portfolio and this is fully recognised by our organisation. Our checking of incoming tenants is thorough and only tenants who have passed our comprehensive checks are discussed with you. National Tenancy Database and Credit Reference Association checks are carried out on all prospective tenants. We will never encourage you to choose a tenant whom we would not happily put into our own investment property.

Regular inspections are conducted on the property and all the members of our Property Management team are available to talk to you at any time. Your rent can be directly credited to your account and will therefore be available to you the following day.
